FAQ SHIPPING

WHEN WILL I GET MY ORDER?

Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed for shipping after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. We make the best effort to process all orders the same day or next business day. Shipping time depends on the shipping service you selected and how fast USPS ships out your package. Please keep in mind processing time and shipping time are different. We can only control how fast we process and drop off orders at the post office and once they are at the post office we have no control over your package and how much time they take to get your package delivered. Any issues regarding shipping please contact USPS as they are the ones responsible for that. 

I PAID FOR 2 DAY SHIPPING AND I DIDN'T GET IT IN 2 DAYS?

If you pay for 2 day shipping, you are paying USPS for them to deliver your package in 2 days. It does not include our processing time, which means you will not receive your order in 2 days from the moment the order was placed. It means you should receive your order in 2 days once the package has been scanned by the post office. If you don't receive it within the 2 days after it's scanned, please contact USPS as they are the ones responsible for any shipping issues. Amor a Mexico is not responsible for any packages that are not delivered on time as we have no control over those issues. 

 

I DIDN'T GET MY PACKAGE IN ON TIME, CAN I GET A REFUND?

Amor a Mexico is not responsible for any packages that are delivered past the delivery date, please contact USPS for any issues regarding shipping. No refunds can be issued because of shipping issues as we have no control over that. Returns or exchanges can only be made if you received the wrong item(s) that you had ordered, if the item(s) are damaged, or if something doesn't fit. 

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Yes, if the order has not been processed yet you can email us at amoramexicoboutique@gmail.com with your order number and we can cancel your order for you. If the order has already been processed and a shipping label has been creates, unfortunately we can no longer cancel the order. 

 

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

 

WHICH CARRIER HAS MY PACKAGE?

We ship all orders via USPS. 

 

MY PACKAGE WAS MARKED "RETURN TO SENDER" - WHAT DOES THIS MEAN? 

"Return to Sender" means that the address you provided for the order was incorrect so the package is being sent back to us. 

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment within the time frame we advertise, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct. Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly.

If a package is returned back due to an insufficient address, Amor a Mexico is NOT responsible for any shipping fees. Customers must pay reshipment fee.

 

MY TRACKING LINK SAYS MY PACKAGE WAS DELIVERED, BUT I CAN'T FIND IT! 

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it (lost/stolen) please file a claim with the carrier responsible for delivering your package. Amor a Mexico does not hold responsibility for packages that are marked as delivered. Shipping fees are non-refundable nor the order.
